Troubleshooting and error codes

Soundbar does not turn on. Check power cord connection.
Soundbar works erratically. Reinsert power cord, power cycle devices, check signal.
Remote control does not work. Point at Soundbar, replace batteries.
Soundbar does not output any sound. Adjust volume, check external device volume, select Soundbar output, check cable connections, reset product.
Subwoofer does not output any sound. Check LED indicator, reconnect, remove obstacles, remove interfering devices, reconnect power plug.
The Subwoofer volume is too low. Increase Subwoofer level, move Subwoofer closer.
TV is not connected via HDMI TO TV (ARC). Check HDMI ARC connection, direct connection, enable HDMI-CEC.
No sound in HDMI TO TV (ARC) mode. Change TV audio output to PCM or Dolby Digital.
Soundbar does not connect via Bluetooth. Switch to BT PAIRING, disconnect other devices, reconnect Bluetooth speaker list, check ON-TV CONNECT, reconnect power, reset product.
Sound drops out when connected via Bluetooth. Move device closer, check for obstructions or metal furniture.
Bluetooth multi connection does not work. Disconnect TV, check Bluetooth Multi connection setting, disconnect and reconnect devices.
