Warranty Summary

To operate the Proform XP Trainer 580 Treadmill, first plug in the power cord and ensure the circuit breaker is reset. Insert the key into the console to turn on the display. For manual mode, simply press 'Go' or speed buttons to start and adjust speed and incline as needed using console buttons. Preset workouts can be selected via workout category buttons. Monitor your progress on the console displays which show time, distance, speed, incline and calories. Heart rate can be measured by holding handgrip sensors. Always start and stop on the side rails, use safety clip and read all precautions before use.

Troubleshooting and error codes
