Warranty Summary

PRO-FORM warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and material, with the frame warranted for five years and parts and labor for 90 days from the date of purchase.

To Start: Insert the key, stand on foot rails, and clip safety clip to clothing. Press start or a numbered speed button.

Speed Adjustment: Use Speed increase/decrease buttons or numbered buttons for desired speed. Increments of 0.1 mph or 0.5 mph by holding button.

Incline Adjustment: Use Incline increase/decrease buttons or numbered buttons for desired incline. Increments of 0.5%.

To Stop: Press the Stop button. Remove key and unplug after use.

iFIT Workouts: Connect smart device via Bluetooth, use iFIT app for guided workouts.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Symptom Solution
Power does not turn on
  • Check power cord and surge suppressor connection.
  • Ensure key is inserted in the console.
  • Reset tripped power switch (wait 5 minutes).
  • Activate console if needed (see step 10 of assembly).
Power turns off during use
  • Check and reset tripped power switch (wait 5 minutes).
  • Verify power cord is securely plugged in.
  • Reinsert the key into the console.
  • Contact customer service if problem persists.
Console displays remain lit after key removal
  • Demo mode is likely activated. Turn off demo mode in settings (see page 19).
Incline does not change correctly
  • Calibrate incline system (see step 3 on page 19).
Walking belt slows when walked on
  • Use recommended surge suppressor.
  • Loosen walking belt if overtightened (adjust idler roller screws).
  • Contact customer service if problem persists.
Walking belt is off-center or slips
  • Center walking belt by adjusting idler roller screws.
  • Tighten walking belt if slipping (adjust idler roller screws).
