To turn on the power: Plug in the power cord, locate the power switch and press it to the reset position. Insert the key into the console.

To use manual mode: Press the Manual button. Start the walking belt by pressing Start or Speed increase button, or Quick Speed buttons. Adjust speed and incline using corresponding buttons.

To use onboard workout: Select workout by pressing Calorie, Timed, or Distance buttons. Start workout by pressing Start or Speed increase button. Follow display for progress.

To measure heart rate: Hold handgrip pulse sensor for 15 seconds.

To stop: Press the Stop button and remove the key when finished.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
The power does not turn on a. Ensure power cord is plugged into a surge suppressor and grounded outlet.
b. Check key is inserted in the console.
c. Reset the power switch located on the treadmill frame.
The power turns off during use a. Check and reset the power switch.
b. Ensure power cord is plugged in correctly.
c. Reinsert the key into the console.
d. Contact customer service if issue persists.
The console displays remain lit when you remove the key a. Turn off demo mode by holding down the Stop button or see INFORMATION MODE.
The displays of the console do not function properly a. Unplug power cord, check and reconnect console wires and screws.
