Warranty Summary
PRO-FORM warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year, with extended warranties for the frame and motor.
To turn on the power: Plug in the power cord, locate the power switch and press it to the reset position. Insert the key into the console.
To use manual mode: Press the Manual button. Start the walking belt by pressing Start or Speed increase button, or Quick Speed buttons. Adjust speed and incline using corresponding buttons.
To use onboard workout: Select workout by pressing Calorie, Timed, or Distance buttons. Start workout by pressing Start or Speed increase button. Follow display for progress.
To measure heart rate: Hold handgrip pulse sensor for 15 seconds.
To stop: Press the Stop button and remove the key when finished.
