Manual for PK-520 Punch Kit

Installation Procedures

1. Turn OFF power and unplug the power cord.
2. Remove the protective tape.
3. If Finisher is mounted, remove it.
4. Remove the rear cover from the finisher.
5. Remove the screw and guide plate.
6. Insert the punch unit and secure it.
7. Connect the punch unit connector.
8. Route the harness.
9. Install the punch box.
10. Affix the label.
11. Reattach the rear cover.
12. Install the finisher.

Adjustment Procedures

1. Make a copy in punch mode.
2. Check punch hole deviation.
3. If needed, open the finisher cover.
4. Loosen the screws holding the punch unit.
5. Adjust punch unit position using triangle marks.
6. Tighten the screws.
7. Close the cover.
8. Re-check punch hole positions.
9. Configure punch option setting in Service Mode.
10. Adjust punch hole position and loop size in Service Mode if needed.
