Warranty Summary

This MotoMaster product has a three (3) year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.
  1. Connect charger clamps to the battery following instructions in the manual.
  2. Plug the charger into an electrical outlet.
  3. Select a charging program using the MODE button (or it will auto-select after 5 seconds).
  4. Charging is complete when the CHARGED/MAINTAINING LED is illuminated and the display reads "100%".
  5. Disconnect the charger by unplugging it from the electrical outlet.

Troubleshooting and error codes

F01The charger does not detect a battery connected to it.Charger does not recognize the battery.
Poor clamp connection.
Battery voltage is under 1.5 V.
Connect battery to charger BEFORE AC power.
Ensure battery posts are clean and clamps have good connection.
Check battery voltage, if less than 1.5V, replace battery or try boosting.
F02The battery voltage is less than 10 V after some time charging.The battery is defective.
A load may be connected to the battery.
Replace the battery.
Do not use battery during charging.
F03Battery voltage is too high.Battery is not a 12 V battery.Confirm battery is 12V, not 24V.
F04Actual charge rate exceeds selected charging rate.A load may be connected to the battery.
Charger error.
Disconnect load and try again.
Disconnect battery and AC power, try again.
F05The temperature of the charger is too high.High ambient temperature or poor ventilation.Ensure ventilation. Charger resumes after cooling.
F06The battery does not go into Maintenance mode after 24 hours.Charge current too low.
Load on battery while charging.
Battery defective.
Try higher charge rate.
Remove loads.
Replace battery.
