- Remove top of shipping carton and verify contents.
- Cut zip-tie from electrical power supply and remove mattress retainer.
- Carefully lift and separate head and foot sections of the base.
- Slide head and foot sections together, aligning mounting holes.
- Place T-Spacers and Center Support Brackets at mounting points and secure with carriage bolts and nuts.
- Route FOOT MOTOR CABLE and connect to HEAD MOTOR CABLE. (For 600 model, also connect FOOT MASSAGE MOTOR CABLE to control box)
- Screw legs into threaded inserts at corners and center support brackets, adjust height as needed.
- Rotate base onto its legs.
- Install batteries in remote control and plug in power cord.
- Lower base to flat position and install mattress retainer.
- Place mattress on base.
