Warranty Summary

Keurig warrants the coffee maker to be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use for one year from the date of purchase.
  1. Plug & Place: Remove packing tape and plug into an outlet. Place a large mug on the drip tray.
  2. Rinse & Fill: Remove reservoir lid, lift and rinse reservoir, fill to MAX line. Replace reservoir and lid.
  3. Lift & Lower: Lift and lower the handle to power on the coffee maker.
  4. Cleansing Brew: Press the 8 oz button to start cleansing brew and pour hot water into sink.
  5. Place Mug & Pod: Place mug on drip tray, lift handle, insert K-Cup pod, lower handle.
  6. Brew & Enjoy: Select and press brew size. Lift handle to recycle K-Cup pod after brewing.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Grounds in Your Coffee Clean exit and entrance needles.
Coffee Maker Will Not Brew Ensure water level is at minimum line, add water, replace reservoir securely.
Brewing a Partial Cup Power off and purge water, clean exit needle and K-Cup pod holder, descale if needed.
Coffee Maker Does Not Have Power or Shuts Off Check power button, plug into its own outlet, press power button to restart. Contact Customer Service if issue persists.
