Brewer will not brew | Ensure brewer has power. Avoid reverse osmosis or distilled water. Press Power Button, add water and try brewing. Reset brewer by lifting and lowering handle. Check minimum water level (6 oz). |
Brewer will not brew when used for the first time | Brewer may be cold or frozen, allow to rest at room temperature for at least 2 hours. Ensure brewer has power. |
Brewer only brews a partial brew | Allow enough time for water to drain into brewer. Clean Exit Needle and K-Cup Pack Assembly. Descale brewer if necessary. Contact Customer Service if problem persists after descaling twice. |
