Warranty Summary

Keurig warrants the K-Cafe brewer to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for one year under normal home use.
  1. Plug & Place: Remove packaging, plug in, and place mug.
  2. Rinse & Fill: Rinse reservoir, fill with fresh water to MAX line.
  3. Clean the Frother: Wash frother components.
  4. Power On: Press power button.
  5. Cleansing Brew: Lift handle, press 6oz & brew button (no K-Cup pod).

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Causes and Solutions
Frother - Milk not frothing Call Customer Service.
Frother light pulsing Frothing while brewing coffee. Wait for brew cycle to complete.
Frother lights flashing Check milk level, whisk placement, and frother seating.
Grounds in Coffee Clean exit and entrance needles.
Brewer Will Not Brew Ensure handle is closed, brew buttons flashing, water level is sufficient, and reservoir is seated properly. If frother is in use, wait 30 seconds after frothing.
Brewing a Partial Cup Clean exit needle, check water reservoir during brewing, descale brewer if needed.
Brewer Does Not Have Power or Shuts Off Check power button, use dedicated grounded outlet, disable Auto Off feature if needed, contact Customer Service if issue persists.
