Setting Up:
- Ensure product is fully assembled before use.
- Check that top rails are latched and center floor is pushed down.
- Mattress should be flat and secured with Velcro straps.
- For playing or sleeping; always supervise child during play.
- Keep away from hazards.
- Remove bumper pads and large toys when child can stand.
- Stop use when child reaches 35 inches (89 cm) height, 30 pounds (14 kg) weight, or can climb out.
- Do not modify or add unlisted attachments.
- Always use product with sides fully raised and locked.
- Release Velcro straps.
- Unlock top rails by pushing buttons.
- Raise center floor all the way up to fold.
