Warranty Summary

Warranty information is not available in this installation manual.
The heating sequence initiates when the thermostat calls for heat, activating the combustion air inducer. A pressure switch confirms inducer operation before ignition starts. Following a 30-second pre-purge, spark ignition is energized, and solenoid valves in the gas valve open. Spark ignites the gas, and a sensor verifies the flame, continuing combustion. If flame is not detected after the first trial, ignition is retried twice before a lockout, which auto-resets after 60 minutes. Burners should light smoothly with blue flames, and the fan activates 30 seconds post-ignition. Upon thermostat satisfaction, the gas valve closes, followed by the combustion air inducer after 30 seconds, and finally, the system fan de-energizes after approximately 150 seconds.

Troubleshooting and error codes

LED UNIT OPERATION
Slow Flash* Normal Operation - No call for heat
Fast Flash Normal Operation - Call for heat
2 Flashes System lockout - failed to detect or sustain flame
3 Flashes Pressure switch failed closed before CAI is energized or failed open after CAI is energized
4 Flashes High limit (S10) switch open
5 Flashes Flame sensed and gas valve (GV1) not energized
6 Flashes On-board microprocessor fault.
7 Flashes Pressure switch (S18) closed with inducer off.
8 Flashes Rollout switch (S47/S195) open. Cycle-power to reset.
Steady On Control board (A3) failure
Steady Off Internal control board (A3) failure or not power.
