Basic Operation Summary:

  • Open the lid and remove the bread pan.
  • Insert the kneading blade.
  • Add ingredients in the order specified in the recipe.
  • Return the bread pan to the machine.
  • Close the lid.
  • Plug in the bread machine and switch it on.
  • Select the bread setting and crust color using the MENU and CRUST buttons.
  • Press START/STOP to begin operation.
  • After baking, press START/STOP and remove the bread pan.
  • Take the bread out of the bread pan and let it cool.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Error Message Problem Correction
E01 Attempting to use the bread machine shortly after a loaf has been baked and its interior will still be warm, that is the sensor temperature will still be above 40°C. Press START/STOP to reset, open the lid, remove the bread pan and allow the oven cavity sufficient time to cool. Refer to "Beginner's Guide to Baking Your First Loaf” step 11, page 13.
E00 The bread machine is used in an extremely cold environment. Place the bread machine in a warmer environment. Recommended room temperature 20-25°C.
