Zanussi undertakes to repair or replace any part proved to be defective within 12 months of purchase free of charge.

  • Setting the Clock: Press and hold the MICROWAVE POWER LEVEL button for 3 seconds to enter clock setting mode. Use the TIMER/WEIGHT/PORTION knob to set the hours and minutes, and the MICROWAVE POWER LEVEL button to switch between hours and minutes. Press the MICROWAVE POWER LEVEL button again to start the clock.
  • Microwave Cooking: Select desired cooking time using the TIMER/WEIGHT/PORTION knob, then select the power level using the MICROWAVE POWER LEVEL button. Press START/+30 to begin.
  • Auto Cook/Defrost: Select the desired Auto Cook, Cook from Frozen, or Auto Defrost program by pressing the corresponding button until the desired menu number is displayed. Enter the weight/quantity using the TIMER/WEIGHT/PORTION knob and press START/+30 to begin.
  • Adding 30 Seconds: Press the START/+30 button to start cooking for 30 seconds or to extend the current cooking time by 30 seconds.
  • Safety Lock: Press and hold the STOP button for 3 seconds to set or cancel the safety lock.

Troubleshooting and error codes

SYMPTOM POSSIBLE SYMPTOMS/REMEDIES
...the microwave appliance is not working properly? Check that the fuses in the fuse box are working, there has not been a power outage. If the fuses continue to blow, please contact a qualified electrician.
...the microwave mode is not working? Check that the door is properly closed, the door seals and their surfaces are clean, the START/+30-button has been pressed.
...the turntable is not turning? Check that the turntable support is correctly connected to the drive, the ovenware does not extend beyond the turntable, food does not extend beyond the edge of the turntable preventing it from rotating. there is nothing in the well beneath the turntable.
...the microwave will not switch off? Isolate the appliance from the fuse box.
...the interior light is not working? Call your local Service Force Centre. The interior light bulb can be exchanged only by a trained Service Force technician.
...the food is taking longer to heat through and cook than before? Set a longer cooking time (double quantity = nearly double time) or if the food is colder than usual, rotate or turn from time to time or set a higher power setting.
