Using Your Freezer
Starting: Plug in the freezer. The function indicator light will turn on. Set the thermostat to a medium setting; the temperature alarm light may illuminate initially. Wait for the temperature alarm light to turn off, indicating the optimal temperature (-18°C) has been reached. Adjust thermostat as needed. Turn off by setting the thermostat to the �� position.
Quick-freezing: Turn the N/S knob to 'S'. The quick-freezing indicator light will illuminate. For best results, set to 'S' 24 hours before adding food. Keep at 'S' for 24 hours after adding food, then return to 'N'. Freezing capacity is 18 kg per 24 hours.
Frozen food storage: Store new food in upper compartments to avoid contact with already frozen items. Distribute newly frozen food into drawers when compartments are free.
Thermic accumulators: These extend storage time during power failure. Removing them increases storage capacity but reduces power failure protection.
Ice-cube production: Fill trays 3/4 full. Use non-carbonated mineral water if local water is hard.
Troubleshooting and error codes
