Warranty Information

Zanussi provides a 12-month guarantee against faulty workmanship or materials.

Daily Use:
  • Check salt and rinse aid levels.
  • Load cutlery and dishes, ensuring spray arms can rotate freely and items do not impede each other.
  • Fill with dishwasher detergent.
  • Select an appropriate wash programme.
  • Start the wash programme.
Loading:
  • Remove large food scraps.
  • Load hollow items downwards.
  • Ensure items do not cover each other.
  • Place small cutlery items in the basket.
  • Long/sharp knives horizontally in the upper basket.
Programmes:
  • Intensive 70°C for heavy soil.
  • Normal 65°C for normal soil.
  • Quick 30 minutes for fresh soil.
  • Bio 50°C for enzyme-based cleaning.
  • Rinse & Hold for partial loads.
Maintenance:
  • Clean external surfaces with a damp cloth.
  • Clean filters regularly.
  • Descale periodically.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Fault code / malfunction Possible cause Solutions
- indicator light of the washing programme in progress is flashing
- 1 intermittent audible signal
- 1 flash of the "END OF CYCLE" indicator light 		The water tap is blocked or furred with limescale.
The water tap is turned off.
The filter (where present) in the threaded hose fitting at the water inlet valve is blocked. 		Clean the water tap.
Turn the water tap on.
Clean the filter in the threaded hose fitting.
The machine does not fill with water. The water inlet hose has not been correctly laid or it is bent or squashed. Check the water inlet hose connection.
- indicator light of the washing programme in progress is flashing
- 2 intermittent audible signals
- 2 flashes of the "END OF CYCLE" indicator light 		The sink spigot is blocked. Clean out the sink spigot.
The dishwasher will not drain. The water drain hose has not been correctly laid or it is bent or squashed. Check the water drain hose connection.

- 3 intermittent audible signals
- 3 flashes of the "END OF CYCLE" indicator light 		Anti-flood device has activated. Close the water tap and contact your local Service Force Centre.
