Oven Functions

  • Oven OFF: Turns the oven off.
  • LAMP: Switches on the oven light.
  • MLTF (Heat Maintenance): Maintains a steady temperature inside the oven. Use at 35°C for dough rising and at 60°C for keeping food warm.
  • FAN/THERMO-VENTILATED: Cooks without preheating, ideal for multiple levels and preventing odor transfer.
  • GRILL: For cooking steaks, kebabs, sausages, gratins, and toast. Pre-heat for 5 minutes with the door open.
  • TURBOGRILL: Ideal for large meat pieces like roasts. Preheat for 3-5 minutes. Door can be open or slightly ajar.
