Warranty Summary
Designated service technicians are trained to fulfill the product warranty and provide after-warranty service.
To start the dehumidifier:
- Plug into a grounded three-prong outlet.
- Press the POWER button to turn on.
- Select fan speed by pressing FAN.
- Choose mode by pressing MODE.
- Adjust humidity level using +/- buttons.
Modes:
- Auto Dry: Operates only in dry mode, auto fan speed, 50% humidity.
- Continuous: Operates continuously, adjustable fan speed, humidity not adjustable.
- Normal: Operates at selected fan speed and humidity.
Fan Speeds: Low, High, Auto.
To stop: Press POWER button.
Troubleshooting and error codes
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Dehumidifier will not run | Turn on the dehumidifier, check power cord, fuse/circuit breaker, bucket installation, bucket emptiness, water level float. |
| Dehumidifier runs but does not dehumidify | Automatic de-icer may be running, check control setting (not Continuous if low humidity desired), clean the filter. |
| Air coming from dehumidifier is warm | This is normal operation. |
| Dehumidifier displays trouble code (E1, E2...) | Unit will still work, contact customer service. |
| Pump system does not work | Check pump indicator light and drain hose connection, restart the unit. |
| Ice forms on coils | Automatic de-icer is operating, this is normal. |
