Changing Weight Setting:
- Insert Weight Pin under desired weight.
- Ensure bent end touches weights and turn downward.
Attaching Accessories:
- Attach Lat Bar or Handle to High/Low Cable with Cable Clip.
- For some exercises, use Chain between Lat Bar/High Cable, adjust length for correct starting position.
Ab Strap:
- Attach Ab Strap to Low Cable at ab pulley station with Cable Clip.
