Basic Operation Summary
Changing Weight Setting:
- Insert Weight Pin under desired weight.
- Ensure pin is fully inserted and bent end is downward.
- Weight can be adjusted from 6.5 to 81.5 lbs in 12.5 lbs increments.
Attaching Lat Bar/Nylon Strap:
- For High Pulley: Attach Lat Bar to Long Cable with Cable Clip. Chain can be used for length adjustment.
- For Low Pulley: Attach Lat Bar to Short Cable with Cable Clip. Chain can be used for length adjustment.
- Ensure attachments are in correct starting position for each exercise.
Troubleshooting and error codes
| Problem | Solution |

| Slack in Cables | Tighten the 1/4" Nuts at the end of the Long and Short Cables. Refer to manual for cable tightening instructions. |
| Cable Slipping off Pulleys | Check if the cable is twisted. If yes, remove and reinstall the cable. |
