- Adjust Resistance: Pull a Bungee Cord down and slide it into the Bungee Bracket to increase resistance. Slide more Bungee Cords for more resistance.
- Adjust Incline: Lift the Top Frame, remove the Long Knob from the Adjustment Bracket, slide to the desired incline, and re-insert the knob. Ensure the knob is fully inserted.
- Storing: Detach Handlebar and Foot Plate, pull out the Short Knob, slide the Bottom Frame into the Top Frame, and adjust to the declined position.
