Did you enter the phone number starting with the area code? When making a call to a phone other than a cell phone, you need to enter the area code first even if you are inside the same area. 26
Cannot receive calls. Is△ (out of range indicator) displayed? Move to a location where △ (out of range indicator) is no longer displayed. 11
