Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
LCD preview is not clear while shooting. Try to switch between Macro and Normal Mode.
Files on memory card do not display smoothly (displays "!" marking). The SD card might be low speed or have wrong content. Format the SD card using the camcorder, or change to a high-speed SD/SDHC/SDXC card.
Indoor photos look blurry and dark. Keep the camcorder and subject steady for several seconds. The camcorder extends exposure time in low light conditions.
Battery charging issues. Use supplied AC charger or USB cable. Ensure camcorder is OFF. A blinking light indicates charging; a constant light means charging is complete. Charging takes about 4-4.5 hours.
Computer connection issues. The camcorder appears as disk [DV] (internal memory), [Removable Disk] (SD card), and [DVAP] (CAMILEO UPLOADER application). Do not format [DVAP].
