Warranty Information
A 36-month warranty from the date of purchase is provided, with a 12-month warranty for rechargeable batteries.
- Charging the Battery: Insert the rechargeable battery into the charger cradle, connect the power cord, and plug into a wall outlet. The status indicator will turn orange while charging and green when complete.
- Inserting the Battery: Once charged, open the battery compartment, insert the battery, and close the compartment. Conventional AAA batteries can also be used.
- Inserting an SD Card: Power off the device, open the memory card compartment, insert the SD card with the metal contacts facing forward and label upwards, then close the compartment.
- Switching On/Off: Press the On/Off button to power on; the power indicator will light green. Press and hold the On/Off button for approximately 1 second to power off.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| Unable to power the camcorder on. | Charge the battery pack or insert four batteries. |
| The camcorder does not record any pictures. | Check for sufficient space on the memory card; insert an empty card or delete recordings. Ensure the memory card is formatted properly or try a different card. |
| The picture is distorted or blurred. | Ensure the subject is within the focus range. Adjust your position or use Macro mode for close subjects. Hold the camcorder steady when taking pictures. |
| No connection to the computer is established after connecting the USB cable. | Unplug and reinsert the USB connector. Try a different USB port. |
