Front View Controls:

  • Power ON/OFF: Switches the unit on or off.
  • Display: Shows operation information.
  • OPEN/CLOSE: Opens or closes the disc tray.
  • PREV/NEXT: Skips to previous/next chapter or track.
  • Play/Pause: Starts or pauses playback.
  • STOP: Stops playback.
  • USB & Card Slots: Connect USB devices or insert memory cards.

Back Panel Connectors:

  • Audio Outputs: Analogue Stereo (L/R), 5.1 Analogue.
  • Video Outputs: Component (YPbPr), Composite (CVBS), SCART, HDMI, S-Video.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
No picture displayed Incorrect video output selected on the remote control. Press the V-Mode button (button 37) on the remote control to cycle through the available video outputs until the picture is displayed.
No sound Incorrect audio output selected or volume muted. Check audio cable connections. Press the Vol +/- buttons to adjust volume. Press the Mute button (32) to unmute. Check audio settings in the menu.
Disc not playing Disc is dirty, damaged, or incompatible. Incorrect region code. Clean the disc. Try a different disc. Ensure the disc is compatible (see page 8). Check region code information (page 7).
Remote control not working Batteries low or inserted incorrectly. Obstruction between remote and sensor. Replace batteries (type AAA 1.5V), ensuring correct polarity. Ensure a clear line of sight to the front panel sensor. Do not place objects on the remote.
Player not powering on Power cord not connected properly. Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the player and the wall outlet.
