Intended Use:
  • For domestic use only.
  • For drying fabrics washed with water.
  • Supervise children and pets.
Preparation:
  • Inspect the dryer for damage.
  • Ensure hands are dry when connecting the plug.
  • Sort laundry by fabric type and care label.
  • Empty pockets and check for foreign objects.
  • Ensure the drum is empty before loading.
Drying Process:
  1. Open the door, load laundry, select programme, and press the start button.
  2. Close the door.
  3. Select the desired programme using the programme selector.
  4. Press the Start/Pause button to begin.
  5. Remove laundry and switch off the dryer at the end of the programme.
Maintenance:
  • Empty the condensation container after each cycle.
  • Clean fluff filters after every drying cycle.
  • Clean the filter in the condensation container regularly.

Troubleshooting and error codes

What to do if ... Possible Cause Solution
Drying result was not achieved (laundry too damp). The selected programme does not suit the load. Use another drying programme or select the time programme. Use the << Adjust drying level >> option.
Thin layer of limescale on the moisture sensors? Clean the moisture sensors.
Drying time too long. Programme termination, e.g. condensation container full, mains power supply failure, door open or maximum drying time reached. Clean the fluff filters under running water.
Insufficient supply of air. Ensure that air can circulate. Clear the air inlet.
Ambient temperature higher than 35 °C. Ventilate the room. Make sure the room is sufficiently ventilated.
The humidity in the room increases significantly. (No error message displayed - this is a normal observation) Make sure the room is sufficiently ventilated.
Heat exchanger is being rinsed is displayed in the display panel. Not an error. Automatic cleaning of the heat exchanger. Do not empty the condensation container during the cleaning process.
Power failure. Programme terminated due to power failure. Switch on the appliance and restart the programme if the laundry is still too damp.
Other intermittent noises and vibrations. Normal noises. Refer to the "Normal noises" section.
Please empty condensate container is displayed. Condensation container is full. Empty the condensation container. Press the Start/Pause button again.
Please empty condensate container is displayed and the drying cycle is interrupted. Condensation drain installed, but hose blocked. Check and clean the drain hose. Check the stopper in the condensation container.
Please clean lint filter is displayed. Lint filter is blocked. Clean the fluff filters. Press the Start/Pause button again.
Dryer does not start. Start/Pause button not pressed. Door not closed. Ambient temperature below 5 °C. Press the Start/Pause button. Close the door. Ensure ambient temperature is above 5 °C.
Water is leaking out. Dryer is not level. Condensation container not pushed in fully. Make sure the dryer is level. Push the condensation container back in until it locks fully into place.
