Switching on the appliance: Press the power button. The appliance will begin to cool. Allow several hours for the set temperature to be reached before loading food.
Operating Tips: Close the door briefly to allow the vacuum to release before opening.
Switching off the appliance: Press the power button. The appliance will stop cooling.
