The manufacturer's warranty for private consumers in the European Economic Area is 2 years.

Switching on the appliance:

  1. Electrically connect the appliance.
  2. Press and hold for three seconds.
  3. The temperature display shows an animation and the control panel is locked.
  4. The appliance is ready to use once the animation has ended and an LED lights up for the temperature display.
  5. The appliance begins to cool.
  6. Switch off the warning tone using >.
  7. Set the required temperature.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Fault Cause and troubleshooting
The appliance is not cooling, the displays and lighting are lit. Showroom mode is switched on.
  1. Disconnect the appliance from the mains.
  2. Wait 2 minutes.
  3. Reconnect the appliance.
  4. Press and hold > until 4 audible signals have sounded.
  5. After a short time, check whether your appliance is cooling.
Home Connect is not working properly. Different causes are possible.
Go to www.home-connect.com.
The warning tone sounds.
The door alarm is switched on.
The appliance door is open.
Close the appliance door.
A warning tone sounds and the temperature display flashes. Different causes are possible.

The alarm is switched off.
The exterior ventilation grilles are blocked.
