Your new cooker

This manual will guide you through the operation of your new Siemens oven. It covers important safety information, an introduction to the oven's components, step-by-step adjustment instructions, and a detailed table of contents. You will also find a list of settings and shelf heights for various dishes, tested in our cooking studio, and information on how to rectify minor faults yourself.

Before using for the first time

Ensure you set the time correctly by pressing the clock button and using the rotary knob. Heat the oven to 240°C for 60 minutes to remove any new oven smell. Wash all accessories thoroughly before use.

Setting the oven

You can switch the oven off manually, let it switch off automatically after a set cooking time, or set it to switch on and off automatically. For detailed dish settings, refer to the "Tables and tips" section.

Rapid heating

Use this function to heat the oven quickly. It is suitable for various heating types. Press the rapid heating button to activate it. The function is cancelled if you change the heating type.

Automatic roasting

This function is ideal for braised meals and roasts in a covered dish. Ensure you use heat-resistant, suitable dishes with a lid.
