Inserting SIM Card:
- Turn off the phone.
- Pull out the SIM/microSD card tray.
- Place the SIM card in the tray with the IC side down, aligning the notch.
- Insert the tray back into the phone straight and horizontally.
- Press and hold the power button for at least 3 seconds.
- Connect your old smartphone to the product using the included Quick Switch Adapter.
- Follow on-screen instructions during initial setup to copy apps and data.
- Wipe the exterior with a dry cloth.
- Shake the product to remove water from ports.
- Wipe grooves with a cloth.
- Leave the product to air dry at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
Troubleshooting and error codes
