Oven Use

  • Setting Clock Time: Set the clock to operate the appliance. Touch Clock/Timer pad twice, then use '-' and '+' pads to set the time.
  • Setting Timer: Touch Clock/Timer pad and hold until timer light blinks. Use '-' and '+' pads to set time. An audible signal sounds when time elapses.
  • Selecting Oven Function: Touch ON/OFF, then use '-' and '+' pads to scroll through cooking modes. Adjust temperature using '-' and '+' pads.
  • Changing Oven Temperature: Touch and hold '-' and '+' pads to adjust temperature in 25°F increments.
  • Quick Preheat: Reduces preheat time by approx. 40%. Do not place food inside until Quick Preheat is complete.
  • Delay Start: Select function, set temperature, touch Clock/Timer pad until Cook Time symbol flashes. Set Cook Time, then touch Clock/Timer pad again until End Cooking Time symbol flashes. Set End Time. Oven operates at set time.
  • Favorite Setting: Save frequently used settings. Touch and hold Favorite pad for 2 seconds to save. Touch Favorite pad to recall saved settings.

Convection Cooking

  • Convection cooking cooks faster and more evenly due to air circulation.
  • Recommended temperature reduction is 25°F, and time reduction is 25%.
  • Refer to specific mode descriptions (Bake, Roast, Broil, etc.) for optimal use.
