Before First Use: Remove protective films. Heat the empty oven to 250°C for 10 minutes with the baking tray and wire rack inserted, using the "UPPER & LOWER" heater setting. Some smoke is normal.
Temperature Control Knob: Set according to cooking needs (100°C-250°C).
Heater Selector Knob: Choose "Upper", "Lower", or "Upper and Lower" based on the dish. The indicator light shows if heaters are working.
Timer Knob: Turn clockwise to set cooking time in minutes. The oven will automatically turn off with a chime. For times less than 5 minutes, turn past 6 minutes and then back. To turn off manually, turn counter-clockwise to "OFF".
Convection Function: Enhances heating for more complete cooking and preserves flavor.
Rotisserie Function: Use with Rotisserie Forks for rotating food. Ensure proper installation and removal using the handle.
Rack Support: Adjust tray to 4 different levels for optimal cooking.
