Safety First: Always read and understand all instructions before use. Ensure a minimum of two people are required for assembly. Wear appropriate PPE. Use only on level, solid ground. Do not over-reach. Keep children and unauthorized persons away. Never use on sloping ground or under the influence of alcohol/drugs. Store in a safe, dry, childproof area when not in use. Ensure side guardrails, knee rails, and toe boards are fitted. Secure outside towers to a building. Avoid strong winds. Do not climb from the outside or on braces. Never lean ladders against the tower or use boxes for extra height. Use stabilizers and ballast weights as specified. Ensure all personnel, tools, and materials are removed before moving. Move only on a firm, level surface, not exceeding normal walking speed. Do not exceed the safe working load (1.5 kN/m²). Do not jump on or off platforms. Do not use lifting equipment on the tower.
Assembly: Assemble according to this manual. Ensure all pins and hooks are correctly positioned. Only trained staff should assemble/dismantle. Do not use damaged parts or alternative brands. Refer to diagrams for assembly. Wear PPE. Hoist elements on the guardrail side. Hoist tools/elements via trapdoors. Never stand on a platform without protection when assembling high elements. Remain seated when assembling high elements. Block base ladder wheels with brakes before operation. Unfold folding base and lock it. Attach platform to the 3rd rung. Mount diagonals and braces, checking horizontal position.
Moving the Tower: Move manually on a solid, level floor without obstacles. Do not exceed normal walking speed. Move on a floor with max. 1% gradient. Never tow by motor vehicle. Do not move in winds > 35 km/h. Stabilisers must remain attached. Floor must bear loads. Provide bearing race on soft terrain. Do not move if staff/equipment are present. Do not lift with cranes. Push rather than pull.
Maintenance: Keep parts clean and in good order. Verify parts before each assembly, paying attention to brakes, safety equipment, hooks, work bases, and stabiliser clamps. Discard parts with permanent deformation, drill holes, notches, or significant oxidation.
