Warranty Information

Guarantee is 12 months from purchase date, proof of which will be required for any claim.

Dry Vacuum Cleaning:

  1. Ensure machine is unplugged.
  2. Fit correct cartridge filter.
  3. Fit paper dust bag.
  4. Reposition motor head.
  5. Connect flexible hose and nozzle.
  6. Plug in and press the black motor ON switch only.
  7. Regularly check and replace dust bag.

Wet Vacuum Cleaning:

  1. Ensure machine is unplugged and tank is clean.
  2. Remove cartridge filter and dust bag.
  3. Fit blue foam filter.
  4. Fit nozzle.
  5. Plug in and press the black motor ON switch only.
  6. Operate float valve stops suction when tank is full.
  7. Empty tank and clean.

Valeting Machine Operation:

  1. Plug in machine.
  2. Switch on black motor ON switch.
  3. Press green pump switch ON.
  4. Press trigger and move tool slowly.
  5. Make a second pass without pressing trigger.
  6. Allow fabric to dry completely.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Unit does not start.No current. The power cable, switch, or motor faulty. Tank may be full of water.Check the plug and fuse. Repair or replace faulty part. Empty tank if full.
Dust comes from the motor unit.Damaged filter, or filter incorrectly fitted.Reposition or replace the filter. Take care, as warranty may be lost.
Low efficiency.Container is full. Filter obstructed. Hose or accessory blocked.Empty container. Clean or replace the filter (Chapter 7). Unblock hose or accessory.
Filter problems.Outlet filter obstructed. Hose or tool blocked.Check, clean, or replace the filter (chapter 7). Remove any obstruction from hose.
Motor speed increases or motor vibrates.Container is full. Filter obstructed. Hose or accessory blocked.Empty the container, clean, refit, or replace filter (Chapter 7). Unblock hose or accessory.
Foam comes out of the air filter.Wrong detergent used, or used on carpet or fabric previously cleaned with foaming detergent.Add Sealey VMR922 Anti-foaming agent to waste water tank (see 5.1).
Detergent solution spray not uniform.Detergent filter clogged. Pick up pipe clogged.Remove filter and clean (see 7.2.1). Remove pick up pipe and clean filter (7.1.2).
