Basic Operation:
  • Connecting Earbuds: Place earbuds in the charging case and open it to initiate pairing mode. Connect to your mobile device via Bluetooth through the pop-up window or Galaxy Wearable app.
  • Using Earbuds: Wear earbuds for listening to music, answering calls, or using Bixby. Utilize the touchpad for controls like play/pause, skipping tracks, and adjusting volume.
  • Ambient Sound: Control ambient sound to hear your surroundings while using the earbuds.
  • Equaliser: Select audio presets to customize sound.
  • Notifications: Receive app notifications from your mobile device.
Charging:
  • Fully charge before first use. Place earbuds in the charged case.
  • Charge the case using USB Type-C or wireless charging.
Troubleshooting:
  • Check battery, reinsert earbuds, restart devices.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Your earbuds do not work
  • Charge the battery completely.
  • Ensure the touch-sensitive sensor makes contact with your ear. Reinsert earbuds.
  • Restart by inserting earbuds into the charging case, closing, and removing after 7+ seconds.
Bluetooth device cannot locate your earbuds
  • Close and reopen the charging case to enter pairing mode.
  • Ensure earbuds and Bluetooth device are within 10m range.
A Bluetooth connection is not established or your earbuds and the mobile device are disconnected
  • Remove obstacles between devices.
  • Update Galaxy Wearable app.
  • Ensure earbuds and device are within 10m range.
  • Restart mobile device and relaunch app.
  • Restart earbuds if only one is connected.
The battery does not charge properly
  • Ensure charging contacts are clean and aligned.
  • Ensure charger is properly connected.
  • Wipe gold-coloured contacts with a dry cloth.
  • Contact Samsung Service Centre if issues persist.
