| Your earbuds do not work |
- Charge the battery completely. - Ensure the touch-sensitive sensor makes contact with your ear. - Press and hold the Power button to turn off and restart the earbuds. |
| Another Bluetooth device cannot locate your earbuds |
- Check earbud insertion and charging case connection. - Press and hold the charging case's Connect button. - Ensure earbuds and device are within Bluetooth range (5 m). |
| A Bluetooth connection is not established or your earbuds and the mobile device are disconnected |
- Ensure no obstacles between devices. - Update the Samsung Gear app. - Ensure earbuds and device are within Bluetooth range (5 m). - Restart the mobile device and relaunch the Samsung Gear app. |
| The battery does not charge properly (For Samsung-approved chargers) |
- Ensure charging contacts are clean and connected. - Ensure the charger is connected properly. - Wipe dirty contacts and try charging again. |
