Limited warranty for one year on parts and labor, and five years on glass cooktop and radiant elements.
- Surface Cooking: Ensure cookware is centered on the element, never cook directly on the glass, and do not leave unattended on high settings.
- Controls: Push and turn knobs to desired settings. The hot surface indicator stays on when hot and turns off when cooled to approx. 150°F.
- Cookware: Use flat-bottomed, appropriately sized cookware for even heating and efficiency.
- Cleaning: Use ceramic cooktop cleaner daily. Remove spills immediately, especially sugary ones. Avoid abrasive cleaners or pads.
- Smart Connect: Pair with the SmartThings app for remote monitoring and control via Wi-Fi.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| The surface unit frequently cycles on and off. | The element will cycle on and off to maintain the power setting. | This is normal operation, and not a system failure. Cycling at the high power setting is normal and can occur if the cookware is too small for the cooktop element or if the cookware bottom is not flat. Use the cooktop as usual. |
