PROBLEM SOLUTIONS
Neither the oven's display nor the oven operate.
Properly insert the plug into a grounded outlet. Ensure the wall switch is turned on. Remove and re-plug the oven. Reset the circuit breaker or replace fuse. Test the outlet with another appliance. Plug the oven into a different outlet.
The oven's display works, but the power won't come on.
Ensure the door is securely closed. Check for obstructions on the door seal. Check for door damage. Touch Cancel twice and re-enter settings.
The power goes off before the set time has elapsed.
If no power outage, unplug, wait, and re-plug. If there was a power outage, reset the clock. Reset the circuit breaker or replace fuse.
The food is cooked too slowly.
Ensure the oven is on its own 20 amp circuit. Avoid running other appliances on the same circuit.
You see sparks or arcing.
Remove any metallic utensils, cookware, or metal ties. Use foil sparingly and keep it away from interior walls.
The turntable makes noises or sticks.
Clean the turntable, roller ring, and oven floor. Ensure correct positioning of turntable and roller ring.
Using your microwave causes tv or radio interference.
Move the microwave further away from the TV or radio.
If cooking for over 25 minutes, the oven automatically adjusts to 70% power to prevent overcooking.
