Troubleshooting and error codes

Symptom Check/Remedy
You cannot eject the disc. • Is the power cord plugged securely into the outlet?
• Turn off the power, and then turn it back on.
Playback does not start. • Check the region number of the Blu-ray/DVD disc.
A Blu-ray/DVD disc purchased from abroad may not be playable.
• CD-ROMs and DVD-ROMs cannot be played on this product.

Can't receive radio broadcasts. • Is the antenna connected properly?
• If the antenna's input signal is weak, install an external FM antenna in an area with good reception.
There is no sound when you try to listen to TV audio through the home cinema speakers. • If you press the button while listening to TV audio using the D. IN or AUX functions, the Blu-ray/DVD disc functions are turned on and the TV audio is muted.
