Warranty Information
This product comes with a one (1) year parts and labor warranty from the original date of purchase.
- Playing a Disc: Press OPEN/CLOSE to open the disc tray, place a disc with the label facing up, then press PLAY/PAUSE or OPEN/CLOSE to close the tray.
- Stopping Playback: Press the STOP button.
- Pausing Playback: Press the PLAY/PAUSE button. Press again to resume.
- Searching & Skipping: Use the SEARCH buttons or Shuttle dial to navigate through the disc.
- Using the Menu: Press the MENU button to access disc, title, or function menus for various options.
- Setup Menu: Press MENU, select Setup to customize language, audio, display, and parental controls.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| No operations can be performed with the remote. | Check the batteries in the remote. They may need replacing. Operate the remote control at a distance of no more than 20 feet. Check whether the disc being played has the "Dolby 5.1 ch" mark on the outside. Check if your audio system is connected and working properly. In a SETUP Menu, is the Audio Output set to Bitstream? |
