To operate the monitor, use the JOG button located on the rear left side. It allows navigation up, down, left, and right, and can also be used as an 'Enter' key.
The Power LED indicates the power status: On (Solid), Off (Solid), or Power Saving Mode (Blinking). This behavior can be customized in the System menu.
Pressing the JOG button while the screen is on displays the Function Key Guide. From here, you can access various functions:
In Power Saving or Non-signal mode, the JOG button can be used for Source Change (UP) or Power Off (PRESS for 2 seconds).
When the Main menu is displayed, the JOG button controls navigation within the menu, option selection, and value adjustments.

| Not Optimum Mode displayed | Signal exceeds maximum resolution/frequency. Adjust settings according to the Standard Signal Mode Table. |
| Images look distorted | Check cable connection. |
| Screen is not clear/blurry | Remove accessories, set resolution/frequency to recommended level. |
| Screen unstable, shaky, ghost images | Ensure resolution/frequency are within compatible range. Refer to Standard Signal Mode Table and Information menu. |
| Screen too bright/dark | Adjust Brightness and Contrast. |
| Screen color inconsistent | Change Color settings. |
| Colors have shadow/distorted | Change Color settings. |
| White does not look white | Change Color settings. |
| No image, power LED blinks (0.5-1 sec) | Product is in power-saving mode. Press a key or move mouse to return to normal. |
| Text is blurry | Use Windows OS: Control Panel → Fonts → Adjust ClearType text. |
| Video playback is choppy | Try another video player; may be due to player optimization or computer resources. |
| Sound issue: No sound | Check audio cable connection, adjust volume. |
| Sound issue: Volume too low | Adjust volume. If still low, adjust on PC sound card or software. |
| Sound issue: Video available, no sound (HDMI-DVI) | Connect device using an HDMI cable. |
| Source device issue: Beeping sound during PC boot | Have your PC serviced. |
