Troubleshooting and error codes

Cannot download images
  • Connect camera directly to USB port.
  • If multiple root hubs, change to another.
  • If using non-USB hub, try USB hub.
  • Ensure battery has adequate power.
  • Check for sufficient hard disk space.
Even if [The same image will not be saved] is checked in DL-10 [Option settings], the same images are loaded into your computer. Camera clock is incorrectly set or has been reset. Set the camera's clock properly.
Files loaded from the camera into the computer were deleted. You attempted to load the same files from the camera again but failed. If [The same image will not be saved] is checked in DL-10 [Option settings], uncheck it to load files again.
[Failed to save.] appears during image loading from the camera into your computer Check if [Unmatched File] is displayed in playback mode. If so, delete the file from the SD memory card or internal memory after backing up all files on your computer.
