Troubleshooting and error codes

The unit may drop, vibrate, or make noise. Is the indoor unit fixed firmly? Check and reinforce the fixing.
It may result in insufficient cooling or heating. Is the gas leak test finished? If leak is found, repair and recharge refrigerant.
Condensate water may drip. Is the unit fully insulated? Reinforce insulation.
Does drainage flow smoothly? Check and clean the drain pipe.
The unit may malfunction or components may burn out. Does the power supply voltage correspond to that shown on the name plate? Check and correct the power supply voltage.
Are wiring and piping correct? Check wiring and piping connections.
Dangerous if there is an electric leakage. Is the unit safely grounded? Connect the ground wire properly.
