Spindle motor does not move Check FFC connection between 24PIN and loader. Check "M5V" (+5V) voltage. Check current of R25/R26. Check peripheral components. Check/Replace U1.
The power can not be on or off Check power supply on power board. Check XS2 to XP1 connection. Check connection to K303. Check OV and 3.3V voltage difference on U1 pin 10.
All output voltages on the power board is 0V or deviated Check if F501 is blown. Check 300V on C501 or C502. Check 100KHz oscillating signal on U501 pin 4. Check if +5V is short. Check components for defects.
Disc cannot be read Check FFC connection between 24P and loader. Check current of R25/R26. Check components between U1 and xp3. Check RFO signal on pin17 of XP3. Check connection between U1. Replace U1.
Only DVD disc, or only disc except DVD can be played Check FFC connection between 24pin and loader. Check current of R25,R26. Check components between U1 and xp3. Check connection of xp5. Change U1.
No display on LED, and buttons do not work Check correct contact between XS2 and XP1. Check VCC(M5V) voltage. Check STB, SDA, SCK signals. Check solder on U301/LED pins. Check circuit connected to K302,K303,K301. Check for open-circuit R303, R304, R305, R97, R98, R93. Replace U301 or LED.
Distorted audio and loud noise Check power supply voltages +5V. Check muting resistance R133 and R132. Check U927 leads. Check voltage on pin7 of U927. Check U1 or U927 power supply.
Abnormal color of video picture Check 27MHZ output signal. Check 3.3V and 1.2V power supply voltages. Check video filter network circuit. Check video signals on U1 pins 60/61/62/56.
Remote reception is insensitive or fails Check remote control. Check power supply voltage to remote censor. Check output waveform from remote censor. Check IR signal on U1 pin 16.
No video picture, no sound Check cable. Check voltages from power board to decoder board. Check reset circuit. Check 27MHz signal output. Check video output circuit.
