Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Solution
TV does not switch on Unplug mains cord, wait one minute, plug in again. Verify mains connection and power.
Remote control not working Check battery insertion and orientation. Replace batteries. Clean remote control and TV sensor lens.
Standby light blinks red Turn off TV, unplug mains cord, wait for cooling, then turn on. Contact support if issue persists.
Previously installed channels do not appear Verify correct channel list is selected. Check Rearrange menu.
No digital channels found Verify if TV supports DVB-T in your country.
No picture, but LightGuide is on Verify antenna connection and correct device selection.
Sound but no picture Verify picture settings and antenna connection.
Poor TV reception Check antenna connection. Adjust antenna direction or move interfering devices. Verify correct TV system for region. Fine tune channels if needed.
Poor picture quality from connected devices Check device connections and assignment to correct connectors. Verify picture settings.
TV did not save settings Ensure TV is set to Home mode.
