- Power on/off: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
- Connect to Bluetooth device: Turn on Bluetooth on your device and select 'Philips TAH5209'.
- Music Control: Use MFB for play/pause, '+' for next track, '-' for previous track.
- Call Control: Use MFB to pick up calls (single press) or hang up/reject (press and hold for 1 second).
- Voice Assistant: Press and hold MFB for 1 second to trigger Siri/Google Assistant.
- Reset headphones: Remove from Bluetooth device list, turn off Bluetooth, turn on headphones, press and hold Vol+ and Vol- for 4 seconds.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| Headphones do not turn on. | The battery level is low. Charge the headphones. |
| Cannot pair with Bluetooth device. | Enable Bluetooth on your device. Turn on Bluetooth device before headphones. |
| Cannot control music (play/pause/skip). | Ensure Bluetooth audio source supports AVRCP. |
| Volume level is too low. | Some devices do not sync volume. Adjust volume on Bluetooth device independently. |
| Bluetooth device cannot find headphones. | Headphones may be connected to another device. Turn off other device or move out of range. Reset pairing. |
| Music plays on phone speaker, not headphones. | Refer to mobile phone manual to select audio output through headphones. |
| Poor audio quality/crackling noise. | Bluetooth device is out of range. Reduce distance or remove obstacles. Charge headphones. |
