- Load film into the camera.
- Set exposure compensation dial to "1x" for normal exposure.
- Set the ASA film speed.
- Preselect the aperture.
- Set the shutter speed dial to AUTO.
- Advance the rapid-wind lever until it stops.
- Compose and focus by turning the focusing ring.
- Pull out the rapid-wind lever slightly and slightly depress the shutter release button to turn on the battery switches. The viewfinder will illuminate the selected shutter speed.
- Depress the shutter button completely to take the picture.
