Warranty Information

This product comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering material or manufacturing defects.

Operation:

  • Ensure the device is correctly assembled with filters in place.
  • Connect to a power outlet with at least a 16A fuse.
  • Press the ON/OFF switch forward to start the device.
  • Pull the ON/OFF switch back to turn off the device.
  • Always remove the battery when leaving the device unattended or before performing maintenance.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Never spray the device with water.
  • Clean the device surface with a soft brush or cloth.
  • Empty and clean the collection container after each use.
  • Clean the filter by tapping it out or using compressed air. If heavily soiled, clean under running water (ensure it is completely dry before reuse) or replace it.

Storage:

  • Store the device and accessories clean, dry, and dust-free, out of reach of children.
  • Remove the battery for prolonged storage.
  • Storage temperature for battery and device is between 0-45 °C.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Defective motor Contact the service center.
Low or no suction power Nozzles blocked Remove blockages and obstructions.
Collection container (1) full Empty the collection container (see Attaching and removing the collection container, p. 10).
Dust or dirt blown out of the device Filter (4) full or clogged Empty, clean, or replace the filter.
Filter (4) not fitted or not fitted correctly Fit the filter.
