Trouble Possible Cause Remedy
Unit does not operate. Power cord is not connected. Connect the power cord to the outlet.
Power switch is OFF. Turn the power switch ON.
Fuse is blown. Replace the fuse with a new one of the same rating. (Contact sales representative or agent)
No power at the outlet. Check the household circuit breaker.
Temperature is high. Door is not closed completely. Close the door completely.
Air intake port is blocked. Clean the air intake port.
Unit is overloaded. Reduce the number of stored items.
High ambient temperature. Ensure the ambient temperature is within the specified range.
Compressor failure. Contact sales representative or agent.
Temperature is low. Temperature setting is too low. Adjust the temperature setting.
Evaporator is frosted. Refer to "Defrosting of inside wall" on page 36.
Compressor failure. Contact sales representative or agent.
Alarm buzzer sounds. Temperature is high or low. Check the temperature setting and stored items.
Door is open. Close the door.

Unit makes unusual noise. Unit is not level. Adjust the leveling feet.
Items inside are in contact with fan. Rearrange the stored items.
Icing occurs on the inner wall. Door is opened frequently or for a long time. Minimize door opening time.
High humidity in the chamber. Ensure items are not wet.
Defrost cycle is not operating correctly. Contact sales representative or agent.
