  • Ergonomics: Position the monitor at eye level, adjust tilt and swivel for comfort, and maintain an optimal viewing distance to reduce eye strain.
  • Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth for the LCD panel and cabinet. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Troubleshooting: Addresses common issues like no picture, no sound, image persistence, and unstable images. Refer to the troubleshooting section for specific solutions.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
No picture
  • Ensure signal cable is fully connected.
  • Check if the display card is properly seated.
  • Monitor does not support DisplayPort converter signal.
  • Turn on the Front Power Switch and computer power switch.
  • Monitor may be in power save mode; touch the power key.
  • Select a supported mode on the display card or system.
  • Check monitor and display card compatibility.
  • Inspect signal cable connector for bent pins.
  • Check signal input (DVI-D, DisplayPort, HDMI, D-SUB).
  • If front LED is dark blue, check OFF MODE SETTING or HUMAN SENSOR status.
  • When using HDMI, change "OVER SCAN" setting.
Power Key does not respond
  • Unplug and replug the monitor power cord.
  • Remove any obstructions around the bezel.
Image Persistence
  • Image persistence is a "ghost" image, not permanent. Avoid displaying static images for long periods.
  • Turn off the monitor for as long as the static image was displayed to alleviate.
  • Use a moving screen saver or turn off the monitor when not in use.
"OUT OF RANGE" message
  • Signal clock or resolution is too high. Choose a supported mode.
  • Signal frequency is out of range. Choose a supported mode.
Image is unstable, unfocused or swimming
  • Ensure signal cable is fully attached.
  • Use OSD Image Adjust controls for focus and fine adjustment.
  • Readjust settings if display mode changes.
  • Check compatibility and recommended settings.
  • Change video mode to non-interlace and use 60Hz refresh rate.
  • Increase LED BRIGHTNESS adjustment.
LED on monitor is not lit
  • Ensure Power Switch is ON and power cord is connected.
  • Check LED BRIGHTNESS adjustment.
Picture is not as bright
  • Ensure ECO MODE and AUTO BRIGHTNESS are OFF.
  • If brightness fluctuates, ensure AUTO BRIGHTNESS is OFF.
  • Ensure signal cable is fully attached.
  • LCD brightness degradation may occur over time or in cold conditions.
  • When using HDMI, change "VIDEO LEVEL".
Display image is not sized properly
  • Use OSD Image Adjust controls for coarse adjustment.
  • Check for supported modes on the display card or system.
  • When using HDMI, change "OVER SCAN".
No Video
  • Turn the monitor Power Key off and on.
  • Ensure computer is not in power-saving mode.
  • Some video cards may not output signal with DisplayPort when monitor is turned OFF/ON or disconnected.
  • When using HDMI, change "OVER SCAN".
No Sound
  • Check speaker cable connection.
  • Check if mute is activated.
  • Check VOLUME in OSD.
  • Check "SOUND INPUT" in Tools, when DisplayPort or HDMI is in use.
Brightness variations over time
  • Turn AUTO BRIGHTNESS OFF and adjust brightness.
  • If AUTO BRIGHTNESS is ON, brightness adjusts automatically based on ambient light.
USB Hub does not operate
  • Ensure USB cord is properly connected.
  • Refer to the USB device's manual.
Human sensor does not work
  • Check the human icon status in SENSOR SETTING.
  • Ensure no object is in front of the Human sensor.
  • Ensure no equipment emitting infrared rays is in front of the monitor.
ControlSync does not work
  • Check ControlSync cable connections.
  • Ensure cable is not in a "loop" connection.
  • Master monitor should be connected to OUT connector only.
  • Use the provided ControlSync cable.
  • Up to 5 sub monitors can be used.
